Tater Tot Egg Bake




Brunch is one of my all-time favorite meals! I love the sweet and savory foods as breakfast and lunch unify in one glorious meal. This egg bake is a no brainer and a crowd favorite at my family gatherings. Hope you enjoy as much as my crew does!


Ingredients:

  • 2 Pounds breakfast sausage (cooked and drained)

  • 1 30 Once bag of frozen tater tots

  • 8 Eggs

  • 2 Cups Milk

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder

  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese



Instructions:

  1. Apply light coat of cooking spray your 9x13 inch pan

  2. In a large bowl toss together the sausage, tater tots, and 1 1/2 cups of cheese

  3. Pour mixture into your 9x13 pan

  4. In another bowl beat together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder

  5. Pour mixture into your 9x13 pan

  6. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top

  7. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour

  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving


Note - you can prep this mixture the night before, cover with foil or a lid, and bake the next day.
