My family is a big fan of cinnamon rolls! In our home they are reserved for breakfast on special occasions like Christmas and Birthdays. These rolls are so ooey gooey and melt in your mouth. I’d be lying if I promised you there will be leftovers. These are the star of our breakfast along side bacon and some fresh berries. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • Three cans store bought cinnamon roll dough with icing (8 rolls per can)

  • Two 14oz cans sweetened condensed milk

  • 14 oz Heavy whipping cream

  • One 16oz tub cream cheese frosting

  • 1 1/2 cup of brown sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Greece two 9x13 pans with cooking spray

  3. Place cinnamon rolls in pan- 12 per pan

  4. In a bowl whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and heavy whipping cream

  5. Pour mixture over the cinnamon rolls

  6. Sprinkle one tablespoon of brown sugar over each cinnamon roll

  7. Bake on center rack in oven for 25 minutes

  8. Let cool for 10 minutes

  9. In a separate bowl whisk the icing from the cinnamon roll cans and the cream cheese frosting

  10. Drizzle icing mixture over cinnamon rolls before serving

Keep covered on counter for up to two days. Reheat in microwave for 20 seconds per roll.

Here is how my rolls look after baking (before they swim in a bath of cream cheese icing)
